WALTER AND NICO

We are Walter Bahlinger and Nico Meinhardt. Since 2020 we are tenants of the Gasthof Hirsch in Nebringen and now also of the Schönbuch Apart in Holzgerlingen. With our new concept we want to offer our guests something and fill the region with life.

Our team is passionate about the environment, our house, their work and of course our guests. Let yourself be infected by our passion and enjoy a few days in our house in Schönbuch.

OUR HOUSE

From the time-honored Hotel Garni Bühleneck, to the modernly furnished apartment house, geared to new forms of living. The location was and is unique. In the middle of the Schönbuch nature park and yet centrally located. Suitable for any kind of mobility – whether bus, train, car. The proximity to the Stuttgart trade fair, Böblingen, Sindelfingen, Reutlingen, Tübingen – they are everywhere in a short time. And even after a long day at work, the surroundings offer many more sports opportunities, from swimming in the swimming pool 200 m away to the nearby golf course. OUR EXPERIENCE

In the area of temporary living, we have been running the Gästehaus Post in Gäufelden since 2014 and recently also the Gasthaus Hirsch in the same town.
From this we draw our experience for this modern living concept in Holzgerlingen.

With our company Escargot Catering Service we look back on 15 successful years, in which we have not only enriched regional markets, but also every form of events and made a name for ourselves in the gastronomy of the region.
